NetWrix Services Monitor is a free tool that monitors the status of Windows services on servers and workstations. If a service fails to start, or if it stops unexpectedly, the tool will send an email alert to the administrator and optionally restart the service or the entire computer. It can also be used to monitor Microsoft Exchange services and avoid email downtime.
